Communicate your preferences.

If you've got a preference sheet, please share it.  If you don't have a preference sheet, I'll send you one to complete.  Need an immediate turnaround and don't have time to share or complete a preference sheet?  No worries.  We'll figure it out.

Send me your transcript.

Send your transcript to timothy@parkerproofs.com.  I'll verify that the file has been received and that it's readable.  The clock for your requested turnaround time starts when I confirm receipt of the file.

Your transcript will be proofed.

I'll proofread your transcript for accuracy and readability in accordance with your preferences.  I'll contact you if I need additional clarification.

Your transcript will be returned.

Your transcript will be returned to you on time with clear and easily understandable annotations (corrected pages only, unless otherwise specified).  I'll request your feedback when returning your transcript.  Feedback isn't required, but it's welcomed and appreciated.     

I'll send you an invoice.

For new or one-time clients, an invoice will be sent upon completion of the job.  Payment is due on receipt.  For returning clients, invoices are sent on the 1st and 15th of each month and are due within 15 days.
